ABOUT THE WALK

Men’s Conscious Collective CIC invites you to join us for a guided Walk & Talk in nature — a calm, supportive space for men to walk side by side, spend time outdoors, and feel less alone.

There is no pressure to talk, no fixing, and no expectation to share. Men are welcome to speak as much or as little as they choose.

As part of the walk, we will pause for a short grounding practice (simple breathwork or meditation). This is designed to help men settle, slow down, and reconnect with the present moment. No previous experience is needed, and participation is always optional.

This is not therapy or coaching.

It’s a walk — together.

The route is a mixture of Fields, Gravel Paths and trails
