This all levels class will challenge, motivate and energize you. Yoga Up™ provides a full body workout that includes Sun Salutations, Cardio Training, Yoga Super Sets (yoga poses with and without weights, balances, core work, cardio blasts), Yin poses and Stretches. No two classes are alike, continuing to strengthen your mind and body.
