In today’s fast-paced, overstimulating world, it’s easy to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or “out of your body.” Grounding 101 is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help you reconnect to your body, calm your nervous system, and regain a sense of stability—anytime, anywhere. In this 50-minute session, we’ll explore simple, effective grounding techniques that use both internal tools (like breathwork, body awareness, and sensory anchoring) and external supports you can carry with you throughout your day.
Whether you experience stress, anxiety, chronic illness, or just need better tools to stay centered, this workshop will leave you with actionable strategies.
Dr. Hope is a chiropractor and nervous system-focused practitioner dedicated to helping
individuals feel more connected, regulated, and at ease in their bodies. As the owner of
Happy Days Chiropractic: her approach emphasizes empowerment—giving people
simple, effective strategies to better understand and support their nervous systems in
daily life. Her work is deeply personal—after struggling with debilitating anxiety and panic
attacks, she spent years learning to regulate her nervous system and reclaim her stability in
her own mind and body. The grounding tools she now shares, played a powerful role in helping her regain her breath, resilience, and ultimately her life.
Magnolia Wellness Hour is a FREE Community Talk, every 2nd Tuesday in our conference room. Space is limited, and registration is required.
