Free Lunch & Learn: Understanding Depression

We hope to see you at our Understanding Depression Lunch & Learn. We will be at Pio Pio Orlando (5803 Precision Dr, Orlando) on Monday, April 20th, at 12 PM.

Feeling sad or low from time to time is a normal part of life—but when do those feelings become something more serious? Depression can affect anyone, at any age, and recognizing the signs early is key to getting the right help.

In this lunch and learn we will explore the difference between occasional sadness and clinical depression, and learn about resources available to those who may need support. Lunch and refreshments are included with your RSVP.

This event is open to 18+ audiences. Anyone below that age will not be granted entry.

Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts (11:30 AM). Entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
