You don't need to bring a partner and no dance experience is required! Feel free to invite friends!!At 6:45pm we'll have a Beginner Tango workshop:
Argentinian Tango is a classic partner dance that has been super popular for more than a century! It is considered the grandfather of most social dances, with it's moves and techniques being used in many different dance styles!
And at 7:30pm we'll have a Beginner Bachata workshop:
Bachata is a style of partner dance that originated on the Dominican Republic and it is usually danced to bachata music. It is danced widely all over the world and it has been evolving rapidly. It is one of the easiest partner dance styles to learn!
Come have a taste of these style from a Brazilian teacher based in Dunedin with more than 12 years dance experience and a few New Zealand titles (2x NZ Latin Choreography champion)!
The classes will start at 6:45pm and 7:30pm on Monday (July 15th) at the Dança Latina Dunedin studio, 3 Stafford st, suite 4 second floor.
