We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive Lakeland Landlord Advice Evening, hosted by Sam Ashdown and Phil Jones of AshdownJones and Lettings by AJ.

This will be a relaxed and informative evening for landlords who want clarity, perspective and practical insight as the private rented sector continues to evolve. With the Renters’ Rights Act coming into effect on 1st May, it is a timely opportunity to hear from experienced specialists and explore what the changes mean in practice, particularly for landlords who manage their properties themselves.

The evening will be hosted by Sam and Phil, who work closely with landlords across the Lake District, alongside two highly experienced guest speakers sharing real world insight and guidance.
