Free Ladies Nature Walk: Building Momentum
About this Event
BUILDING MOMENTUM
You don’t need to do your growth journey alone — and you don’t need to keep restarting every time you lose momentum.
This 90-minute guided Nature Walk Experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build grounded momentum in your life — while being in community with other women doing the same.
We’ll gather at Derby Reach Regional Park – Edgewater Bar Day Use Area in Langley, BC and move together along the Fraser River through a guided experience that blends mindful walking, reflection, and intentional connection.
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about learning how to move forward in a way that feels supported, sustainable, and real in your body.
