At 5 Elements, children can enjoy boxing, kickboxing, sports games, mentoring and fun challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
Sponsored by Active Essex Foundation and Changing Elements, this programme goes beyond sport. Your child will also receive:
✔ Healthy food and refreshments
✔ Positive mentoring and support
✔ Confidence and life-skills development
✔ Opportunities to learn leadership and teamwork
This programme is FREE for families eligible for benefit-based Free School Meals or low-income households through Essex County Council and the Essex ActivAte Holiday Programme. Children not on free school meals are also welcome to attend.
