About this Event

Please bring a yoga mat for your child, as our pavement at the Tradition Gazebo is quite rough on little yogi toes without one. :) A bottle of water is also recommended, as we move and groove for a full hour!

We also recommend that caregivers stay for the duration of our practice. Little yogis benefit from having you close. We encourage caregivers to join in or cheer their little yogis on!

Our Mindful Yoga strongly emphasizes that all feelings are valid. We welcome your child as they are and will do our best to validate them and work with them towards compassionate self-regulation.
