Join National Gallery Artist Educators in the Tim Fairfax Learning Studio to play with different printmaking techniques. Learn about David Hockney’s extraordinary creative practice and experiment with layering, texture and colour to make your own monoprints to take home.
David Hockney: Portraits in Print is on display in Gallery 13 (Level 1) until 9 May 2027. You may wish to visit the exhibition for inspiration before arriving at the studio.
Participants of all ages are welcome. All children must be accompanied by a parent/carer.
