This interactive Open House will include:
? A beginner-friendly, participatory introduction to traditional karate
? A chance to see the beautiful Esquimalt-Gorge Pavilion and training space
? Meet the instructor and learn about Cedar Heart School of Karate-dō
? Ask questions about classes, training, registration, and what to expect
No previous karate experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to give it a try!
Our new fall programs include:
Kids Karate (Ages 6–12)
Thursdays | 6:00–7:00 PM
Teen & Adult Karate (13+)
Thursdays | 7:15–8:30 PM
Fall classes begin September 24.
