Free Indian Wills Clinic in Billings - Please Apply in Advance

Do you want to make sure your property is distributed according to your wishes? A Will is the answer. Montana Legal Services Association together with Billings Urban Indian Health & Wellness Center (BUIHWC) is organizing a FREE wills clinic in Billings on Friday, July 24th. It is open to all tribal members who live in Billings or nearby reservations/towns and are willing to travel.
Please note we have eligibility requirements and a limited number of slots, so if you are interested, please schedule an appointment in advance. To do so, you can apply online at https://www.montanalawhelp.org/apply-legal-services, email [email protected], or call (406) 442-9830 Ext. 1161. If we have walk-ins, we will go through an intake to check eligibility for our services and will complete a will over the phone, or in-person if we have open slots.
Want to get a will, but cannot drive to Billings? You can still reach out! We do regular outreach to tribal communities and would be happy to schedule an in-person meeting next time we are there. Please email [email protected] or call (406) 442-9830 Ext. 1161 to learn when we are in your community.
