About this Event
Join Park City Culinary Institute for a fun and delicious afternoon and walk away with the tips and tricks you'll need to compose elegant tarts like a professional. During this free workshop, we'll discuss blind baking, filling and finishing Lemon Cream Tarts with a Swiss Meringue Topping. Our Award-Winning Chefs and admissions team will stay after the demonstration to answer questions about food and the school. We are looking forward to seeing you!
About the Location
This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.
Street parking is available.
