Royal Touch Wellness is bringing rest to the park with a free Ice Cream Social + Community Stretch at Cannery Park in Hayward. Whether you've been on your feet all week, caring for everyone but yourself, or just craving an hour of ease — this is your invitation to exhale.
We'll spend the hour moving gently together with feel-good stretches for your hips, back, and shoulders (no experience needed, all bodies welcome), then cool off with free ice cream and good company on the grass.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, towel, or blanket · water · comfortable clothes you can move in · your neighbors, sisters, and friends
