Eligibility to Receive FREE Diapers:
• Live in Texas AND
• Be pregnant (or the biological father of an unborn child)
OR
• Be the parent/legal guardian of a child under 36 months old
(Eligible parent must be present. Family or friends cannot pick up diapers on your behalf.)
