Welcome to our second ice bath eventFREE ICE BATHS ?
The first Saturday of every month we will be offering FREE ice bath sessions for anyone game enough to give the 1 degree temps a crack ?
Why not double boost your immunity and book yourself or you and a friend in for a sauna beforehand? (sauna will be limited spaces)
Friends, Family & smiles welcome to cheer you on ?
@coffeelicious4u will be onsite for your morning caffeine hit ☕️
Sessions will be split into 2 time slots
• 10am - 11am
• 11:30am - 12:30pm
