Free Homeschool PE Swim Day: Pool Games + Relays, Frisco, Nov 19
About this Event
Spend the morning at the Life Time Frisco indoor pool. Life Time team members lead games and relays in the water, and a Life Time swim coach works one-on-one with each athlete to see where they are and how they can improve. The pool has a zero-depth beach entry and goes up to 4 feet, so every swim level can join in.
Schedule
11:00 AM: Check-in, light bites and short presentations in the Life Time cafe
11:20 AM: Change and head to the pool deck
11:30 AM: Pool games, relays and one-on-one swim checks
12:45 PM: Shower, change and head out
Parents can take a group tour of the facility while the kids swim, and may get to try a stretch and recovery experience on the pool deck.
Swim levels
You will pick a level for each athlete when you register:
Beginner: my child does not know any formal swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
Intermediate: my child knows some of the formal swim strokes, but they need to work on technique/endurance
Advanced: my child confidently knows all four competitive strokes
