12:45p: Check-in
1p-2p: Ages 7-11
2p-3p: Ages 12-18

Class starts promptly at 1:00 PM, so anyone arriving after 1:00 PM will not be able to participate. The warm up is an important part of keeping every athlete safe, so please plan to arrive at 12:45 PM to check in.

Athletes go through a coach-led workout with the D1 Training Denton coaches, adapted to every experience level. There are separate classes for younger and older athletes, so everyone trains with kids their own age. Siblings in different age groups attend their own class, and parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Each class includes
Check-in with the D1 Training Denton team
A coach-led athletic performance workout
Training adapted to every experience level
Use of D1 Training workout equipment
