Are you thinking about buying your first home and don’t know where to start? Considering purchasing a second property and unsure what assistance programs you might qualify for? This class is for you!
Join us for an informative session where a lender and a real estate agent will guide you step-by-step through the entire homebuying process. From pre-approval to closing, including all financial assistance programs available in the state of Washington. We’ll explain everything you need to know to make confident, informed decisions.
We’ll also have special guest speakers: a home inspector and an insurance agent, who will share insights on the importance of a thorough inspection and how to protect your investment with the right insurance coverage.
At the end of the class, you’ll receive a certificate endorsed by the Washington Housing Finance Commission, valid for two years, which will allow you to access down payment assistance programs available in Washington state.
