Hip Hop Cardio is a blend of high-energy dance movements and choreography sequences, all set to different tempos of popular hip hop and pop music. In a 50-minute class, you can expect to get a great cardiovascular workout, including targeted arm, leg, and full-body exercises, building your endurance and stamina over time.
No prior dance experience needed! My class is a no-judgement zone, and everyone is welcome.
