You are invited to the "Do You Want to be Healthy?" FREE event, with lectures and cooking classes presented by Lidia Boje, on the 29th, 30th of April & on the 1st, 5th and 6th of May, 2024.
In the program there will be plant based cooking classes, easier than you think and educational lectures on nutrition, easy to follow.
You will learn the use of different medicinal herbs in therapy, practical lessons on vegetarian cooking, the advantages of plant based diet, healthy and delicious recipes, principles for a better health and low cholesterol recipes.
All lectures will be starting at 6 PM. And same location except Sunday May 5th when we meet at 7607 Garden Gate Dr., Citrus Heights, CA 95621, all the other lectures will be held at 6730 Douglas Blvd., Granite Bay, CA 95746.
