Vineyard Free Health Clinics serve those ages 18 and up who are uninsured OR have Medicaid or are Medicaid eligible with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. (No private insurance, Medicare, or other government assisted programs.)
Walk-in medical clinic for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.
Basic work physicals are available by calling 614-259-5428 prior to coming to the clinic.
This clinic does not provide lab tests, injections, or x-rays.
1st Saturday of the month with registration starting at 9am.
2nd, 3rd, 4th Tuesday of the month with registration starting at 5:30pm.
