As part of the Henfield Year of Care & Wellbeing 2025 we welcome you to join us in the first of our series of Wellbeing Workshops.
In partnership with Horsham Wellbeing Service and Henfield Leisure Centre, we will be on hand to showcase what you can expect from a Wellbeing MOT, including blood pressure and body composition checks.
Then at 11am, unwind with a rejuvenating Soundbath experience. Maggie will guide you through an intuitive sound journey, creating a deeply meditative state that encourages the release of tension, fostering a sense of grounding and healing.
What to bring for the Soundbath - Wear comfortable clothes. Water bottle, mat, blanket, pillow/cushion and optional eye cover.
Not Suitable for people with epilepsy, a history of seizures, pregnancy (first trimester) and those with metal implants like pacemakers
