Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, at any time. Learn how to recognize the signs of cardiac arrest and perform Hands-Only CPR, a simple yet effective technique that can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.
In this class, you will:
Learn how to recognize the signs of cardiac arrest
Master the steps of Hands-Only CPR
Practice CPR techniques on a training mannequin
Learn how to use an AED, identify the signs of choking, and how to administer assistance to someone who is choking
