Ready Rochester is partnering with Safety Team Solutions to host a free Hands-Only CPR training focused on helping you take action during a cardiac emergency. When someone suddenly collapses, immediate chest compressions can help keep blood flowing to the brain and vital organs until first responders arrive.

This training is designed to be simple, practical, and approachable for anyone.

You’ll learn how to:
• Recognize when someone needs CPR
• Call for help and take action quickly
• Perform high-quality chest compressions
• Stay calm and confident in an emergency

Hands-Only CPR focuses on chest compressions only, making it easier to learn and act without hesitation.

No prior experience is needed. This is a beginner-friendly, hands-on training.
