Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, at work, or in public places die because they don’t receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene. As a bystander, you can save a life. Your actions can only help. SDCA offers a FREE Hands-Only CPR class monthly. This 1.5-hour free class will teach you to recognize an unconscious victim and how to perform compression’s only CPR. Join us and learn to save a life! The class is limited to 20 students. You must RSVP for this class.
