FREE GROCERY BASKETS & GIFT CARDS - SPONSORED BY ALECTRA UTILITIES

This Canada Day weekend, Alectra Utilities is working in collaboration with Life of Hope Foundation to address the issues of hunger and food insecurity by providing Free Grocery Baskets and Gift Cards to over 100 families. So many Canadians’ Family have been affected by COVID-19 with loss of jobs, family members and homes; and Canadians marked with anxiety and depression. We see so many Canadians go hungry with prices of groceries skyrocketing, and many barely make a three-square meal a day. We need to stand firm together as a family to beat the food crisis and mental health affecting so many Canadians. We are also providing free barbecue and drinks to celebrate Canada Day and stay connected. This event will take place in Mississauga at 2600 Skymark Avenue, Bldg. 9, on Saturday, July 2nd from 12noon to 3PM. Registration for the gift cards and grocery baskets required.
