This is the first of a series of monthly gong sound healing sessions at The Meeting House in Brixton.

The gong is unique as it is unlike any other musical instrument, both in how it reacts to be played and how it interacts with the listener.

You’ll be amazed by the wonderful feelings of relaxation gained by immersing yourself in the musical vibrations of this magical instrument.

Its here where we experience a depth of imagination, heightened creativity and where deep seated healing can take place.

Many people report feelings of well-being that last for several days, while some people fall asleep during the session, and almost everyone reports feeling freed from tension and anxiety. The soothing, healing effects of sound immersion like this cannot be underestimated.

All that is required is to lay down, relax and allow the vibrations to come and flow through the body.

Yoga mats and blankets are not supplied, you will need to bring them with you.
