Our Free Outdoor Summer Fitness Series is back for its ninth year! Join us for a jam-packed summer of cardio, dance, and yoga classes at parks and public spaces all across Grand Rapids.FULL SCHEDULE: grandrapidsmi.gov/freefitness
Classes begin the week of May 13 and run for 15 weeks. Drop-in, no registration required!
DESCRIPTION:
Ready to sculpt your glutes and tone your lower body? Glute Aerobics is a fun body weight rhythmic class! This class will leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and sweaty by incorporating lower body exercises, dance fitness, high reps and cardio blasts!
