Bennie & The Band is a five-piece, high-energy band that plays a wide variety of songs. Their repertoire includes pop tunes, jazz, R&B, rock, reggae, and more. Their goal is always to entertain audiences, with a focus on PUBLIC music regardless of genre. For many years, the members of Bennie & The Band have given concerts all throughout Gainesville, the Southeast, the United States, and even abroad. Bennie & The Band happened to join together by coincidence to play at a private party, and they have continued to perform ever since. The members include Bennie Munnerlyn (Gospel recording artist) on vocals, Richy Stano (Mindwalk, Farhad Humayun, HuDost, Chieli Minucci & Special EFX) on guitar, Keith Ladd (UF Gospel Choir, Ed Roth, Mindwalk) on bass, BJ Courtney (BB King All Stars) on drums, and Jharod Williams (Gospel recording artist, Bennie & The Band is a five-piece, high-energy band that plays a wide variety of songs.
