This Free Yoga class will combine the elements of Yang & Yin. As we welcome in the light, we also say farewell to the long and dark winter. We celebrate the Summer Solstice the most Yang time of the year. We also Honor the darkness, the solitude, the stillness; the yin season that has taught us so much in times of reflection.This practice will start with a Vinyasa flow, celebrating the sun and the outward expression of summer. We will finish in a yin practice that focuses on the fire element, and balancing the pitta or fire of the summer. The Yin practice creates inward energy and solitude. This balancing practice of the Yang and the Yin is for everyone!
