Additional Information:
- For ages 3 and older. No ID or medical insurance needed.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing so we can access your upper arm.
- Event will be held rain or shine. In case of bad weather, we'll move to the high school atrium.
How to Prepare:

- Fill out a consent form before receiving your shot. You'll get two copies—please share one with your healthcare provider or employer.
- Please leave pets at home.
