Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon at Epiphany School! Our Free FLOW’in Event on May 31st from 2-7pm promises to be a blast. Enjoy live music, delicious food, and interactive activities for all ages. Whether you're a seasoned movement pro or a newbie, this event is perfect for everyone. So mark your calendars and get ready to FLOW with us!

Let your body exhale. This is your permission to move, feel, and be free.
Join us outdoors for Free Flow’in—a community movement event curated for high-vibe healing, connection, and self-expression. We’ll start with gentle warm-ups, stretch it all out, and then move into an Afrobeats-inspired dance session that’ll have you flowing from your soul.
Whether you’re a dancer or just someone ready to shake off the weight of the week, this is for you.
