Free Flow Writing Lounge

Lyrical Lounge is a safe container to explore the depths & joys of the soul through the medium of free-flow writing. Here we celebrate the arts as a modality of connection and healing. You are welcome to explore ANY writing format during the workshop. In the space we commune, we write, we reflect, and we have alot of fun! Whether you are a seasoned writer/poet, a dabbler or a newbie, ecstatic writing lends us not only the potential of a mystical experience but of personal transformation and energetic activation.

Through writing our streams of feeling and thought we allow space for deeper observation and reflection of our internal realms. When we move out our way and let go there is often a surprising strength that is awakened within. One that will help us to process the unresolved and ignite the unexpressed. Ecstatic writing could be seen as an energetic art, that removes blocks and leaves one inspired and activated!

You don't need a writing background to enter the space, just an open heart, and an open mind. Lyrical Lounge is for EVERYONE!

The circle will be led by Arlyn of Awaken Spanda. Tea will also be offered during session.

Arlyn, also known as the music artist GiRL has an extensive history in creative writing, poetry and song writing since childhood. Writing has been instrumental in her personal integration and felt purpose here on Earth.

Arlyn’s evolutionary artistry as a creatrix is expressed through her life and ceremony. Acknowledging that all is sacred and when holding that space with thoughtful intention we can begin to witness the miracles of life unfold in our present experience. Arlyn’s journey with arts and music began at an early age and has continued now into Awaken Spanda, a transformational sound meditation.

With a combination of 20 years in holistics, being an teacher/trainer of the science of sound, and an administer of ceremony and countless events she holds space for the all to dive deep into the inner realms with hopes to empower all into their own evolution of mind and body.
