Free Flow: An Outdoor Yoga Class
About this Event
Come and join us for a yoga in the park session aimed at letting go, embracing imperfection, and exploring new movements. Try different variations of poses, fall out of balance, or stretch further than you think. Give yourself permission to play.
Led by certified yoga instructor and adventure seeker, Cat, this gathering will ground you in mindful movements, while inviting you to explore what your body can do, not what you think you should do.
Cat will also offer an optional shoulder massage prior to the beginning of the session as well as during the final resting pose in Savasana. Free yourself from expectations, come as you are, and let your body lead the way.
