Genevieve will teach simple steps and combinations, while weaving in the historical background of this dynamic Spanish dance style. Randy will accompany on guitar and vocals and both will teach the iconic percussive palmas (or rhythmic clapping) of flamenco. Get ready to have fun and shout “Ole!” This workshop is designed for complete beginners—no prior dance experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
