Free First Time Homebuyer Class

Join seasoned professionals Carol Garcia and Victoria Smartt as they walk first time buyers through the entire home buying process from start to finish. This course will discuss the preapproval process, searching for a home, and finally, getting the keys and what to expect after. All are welcome, snacks and lunch will be provided. This class also provides a certificate of completion for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission so attendees can access down payment assistance programs.
