Located at the Town Square gazebo at the corner of Schaumburg and Roselle Roads. Lawn chairs are permitted.Come to Town Square where you can relax while enjoying live music, dancing, friends and warm summer nights. First Fridays Summer Dance Concerts will offer free introductory one-hour dance lessons by professional Arthur Murray instructors followed by two hours of free live music and dancing. Lawn chairs are allowed. Dance concerts are held weather permitting. No rain dates.
Dance Instruction: Swing & Foxtrot
Band: Paris Swing. Eddie Harrison has 25 plus years’ experience leading his top-notch band performing at corporate, festival, cruise ship and private events in the Chicago area. The band will be playing those wonderful fox trots and swings that have captivated generations of dancers. You won’t want to leave the fun!
6:30-7:30 p.m.: Dance lessons led by professional Schaumburg Murray instructors
7:30-9:30 p.m.: Live music and dancing. Each night the band will play dance music with some selections from the dance of the evening.
