Relax and recharge under the dome in our Planetarium with a sound bath, a full-body listening experience designed to promote relaxation and renewal. Orchestrator, musician, and teacher Jen Vagios uses a variety of instruments—such as crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, and gongs—to guide you into a deeply restorative state. Sound helps calm the mind and activate different areas of the body, leaving you feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed. Two 45-minute sessions will be offered, at 5:30 and 6:30pm. Recommended for ages 12+.
In addition, get creative in a bilingual sketching workshop with Carolina Amarillo in the galleries and enjoy our current exhibitions. Cash bar available.
Jen Vagios MS E-RYT is an orchestrator, musician, and teacher. After experiencing burnout in her corporate wellness career, Jen turned to yoga and sound healing to restore her well-being. Now an ISHTA yoga teacher and graduate of Sage Academy of Sound Energy, she also holds a Master’s in Applied Physiology & Nutrition from Columbia. Jen offers sound and yoga experiences, retreats, and classes to help others cultivate rest, calm, and resilience.
