Moms, Dads, Grandparents, care providers are welcome to train alongside their kids or utilize the beautiful park amenities. Stretch or train with us, walk the park trails, use the tennis or basket ball courts, take younger siblings on the playground, splashpad or utilize the outdoor exercise equipment.

Taekwon-Do participants expect to empower yourselves with real life skills. This means you adults as well! Taekwon-Do is not just for kids! Each class is interesting and educational. There is a world of science behind technique that is explained in detail so students understand why, not just how! Our program comes with very little downtime so be ready to train!
