Join Body Mind Systems Martial Arts School on September 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM for a fun and informative seminar all about family safety.

We’ll cover how to be aware of strangers, safe family planning, and teach some basic self-defense and escape techniques that everyone in the family can learn together.

Parents are encouraged to come along, learn, and most importantly, have fun with the kids!
