Greetings to all of you, and many sincere thanks to you for joining our group.
We have our weekly class tomorrow, and will be back in the beautiful Earthlings, on Buckingham Street, Newcastle upon Tyne.
I recommend those who are completely new to the practice to come along for around 6:10pm, so that we have time to run through the movements and get you up to speed, and we can begin at our official time; 6:30pm (we appreciate how precious your time is).
The class is suitable for literally ALL ages and abilities. There's a door at the side of the building where wheelchair users can enter the building, and chairs can be provided for those who cannot manage to stand for long periods of time, or sit upon the floor. Well behaved children are welcome to join us too :)
Loose, comfy clothes are advised to be worn.
Our classes are always held free of charge, and everyone will be welcomed warmly!
