Free Workshop: The Magic of 'Golden Milk'
Learn how to make and consume Golden Milk! It's a traditional Indian drink made by warming milk with turmeric and other spices like cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. It's anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant rich, immune boosting, improves digestion, and can improve sleep! Taught by Ronnie Reese of Heavenly Sinful Delights.
