Join us on Saturday, February 14 as the University of Delaware proudly celebrates National Girls & Women in Sports Day (NGWSD), presented by ChristianaCare!The University of Delaware NGWSD Youth Clinic is completely FREE and open to all Blue Hens girls ages 5–12. Participants will enjoy a fun, hands-on clinic where they’ll learn new skills and be inspired by University of Delaware varsity and club sport student-athletes.

Your FREE experience doesn’t stop there! Clinic participants will also receive complimentary tickets to:
🏀 Women’s Basketball vs. UTEP at 12:00 p.m. (Bob Carpenter Center)
🥎 Softball vs. Georgetown at 12:00 p.m. (Delaware Diamond)
⚠️ Important Notes
All participants must be registered in advance to take part in the clinic. Space is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary tickets are provided only for registered clinic participants. Parents and family members wishing to attend the games will need to purchase a separate ticket.
