Free Evening Workouts @ Midtown Neighborhood Health Club

Throughout 2024, Shelby County's Office of Innovation is providing FREE workouts around the community to help promote great health and encourage physical fitness. Thanks to our locally-owned gym partners and trainers for becoming Neighborhood Health Ambassadors and helping to expand access to high-quality fitness opportunities all around the community.

THIS WORKOUT CLASS BEGINS AT 5:40 PM AT HIGHER (70 Flicker St, Memphis, TN 38104).
Each session begins with a fun introduction to ShelbyCares and an introduction from your host gym. Then, your small class will receive guided training through a series of workouts designed for all body types and fitness levels. After the class, attendees can expect a variety of ShelbyCares giveaways and an opportunity to receive a free nutritional health coaching session at ShelbyCares on 3rd, from our partners at UT Health Science Center.
