Join us for a free 30-minute Essentrics Aging Backwards class with instructor Chelita McBurney. All ages welcome, no experience necessary.
About this Event

This class is designed to help you regain mobility, eliminate pain and gently strengthen the full body. The class will move at a slower pace than a general Essentrics class and be modified from the chair/barre and floor options to be standing only.
