Come to this free event and learn about two holistic modalities for your personal self-connection practice. Experience a live sound meditation with crystal bowls focusing on the heart chakra and learn which essential oils can help with grounding, healing and opening your heart. You’ll be able to sample the oils and find out how to use them on a daily basis to assist with stress management.
