Free Act Belong Commit Walk or Wheel and Talks in Australind Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am from 2 April 2024 (until Nov 2024 when we switch back to 7am walks to beat the heat).Everyone is welcome.
We will meet at Christina Reserve Toilet Block, Old Coast Road Australind (Opposite Old Coast Road Chiropractic Clinic) between the toilet block and playground.
We use the accessible pathway to walk along the estuary before returning. The aim is for the walk or wheel to be at a pace which is accessible for those who attend on the day.
Please bring your water bottle, wear comfortable walking shoes and SunSmart suitable clothing.
Short walk and talk to connect and find our 30 mins.
You can purchase food or drink from the Big Coffee Van before or after our walk if you wish.
You can book a 1:1 appointment by phoning Old Coast Road Chiropractic Centre on 9796 1600 for a confidential chat.
***This walk and talk may be cancelled due to unfavourable weather or other events beyond our control – We do not walk when it is raining***
* There will be no walk on 7 & 21May; July 30 & 31; 3, 4, 10 & 11 September*
* Please check back here for more dates - There are some dates later in the year when our walk group will take a short break*
