What is Ecstatic Dance?Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience where we dance barefoot, without choreography, and without talking while the music plays. This creates a grounded, safe space to tune inward and move exactly how your body feels called to move. There will be several “experienced” free form dancers to help get you in YOUR GROOVE 🎶
BUT there are no steps to learn, no right or wrong ways to dance-just music, presence, and authentic expression. Come as you are. Move as you feel.
We will provide water- and permanent markers to avoid mixing up water bottles.
😊 We ask that you arrive between 4:30-4:45PM and we will begin to dance promptly at 5:00PM.
We can’t wait to bring you into this magical experience 💃 of pure bliss ✨
