FREE Drop-Off Chipper Event Santa Susana

This FREE Drop Off Chipper Event is happening on June 27th in Santa Susana! This event is being held at 6503 Katherine Rd, Simi Valley from 8:30AM-4:30PM and is open to any Santa Susana resident. Reservations are encouraged and appreciated but not required. Please know this is a great opportunity to lower wildfire risk by taking the time to clear any hazardous vegetation from our properties! Make sure to do the vegetation work ahead of time and then bring it to the park to be chipped and hauled away.
Our Chipper Program provides chipping services for neighborhoods and individual homeowners in Ventura County free of charge. These vegetation management programs reduce the flammable fuel load and increase W**d abatement activities in communities that border the wildland-urban interface threat zones.
